Executive Summary
The ongoing attitudinal and employment barriers were the focus of the Executive Team. We are pleased with the strides The Cambridge Counseling Center has made in our efforts this past year. The Site Supervisor of Cambridge has researched many Colleges and Universities and has accepted several interns in order to build community relationships and provide competent training to students. We have hired two interns upon their graduation increasing our ability to serve more consumers as well as our staff diversity.

The Cambridge Office hosted a radio remote and open house. Lunch was served, tours were given and the first 50 guest received a goody bag of hygiene products. We focused on the "normalcy" of needing help at times and how to get help for themselves or friends if needed.

Introduction
This document focuses on updating the Accessibility Status Report of the Cambridge Counseling Center, Inc. to meet stakeholder needs. Under the direction of the Cultural Competency Team, the agency continues to participate in health fairs setting up booths and giving away items designed to reduce stigma in mental health. We have hosted an open house and community give away and hope to find more opportunities to be involved in community activities and reduce the stigma associated with mental health.

Implementation of the Changes Relating to the Barriers
The Cambridge Counseling Center has made great towards barriers identified in 2015. All of our target dates were met. The barriers we will address in 2016 noted above will reflect employment barriers, where we will recruit competent diverse staff to meet the needs of persons served. The Cultural Competency Team will continue to address stigma and attitudinal barriers with the above mentioned goals and target dates.
